Evolution of mobile phones in hardware

Most of us know the phones are starting wired and become wireless but in large size, as years passed the phones become mobile phones and the new features are coming in them we will see the evolution of it in hardware and comment down below what is our next topic is going to be but not about the software


The first portable phone

   In the 1980s there was a huge competition between companies to make portable phones but finally, it was invented by Motorola company but it is like a brick in size as well as in weight it is about 9 inches(23cm) and 2.5pounds(1.1kg) it is a portable phone so it wants to have a battery. It only works for 35 minutes but it is about 4000 USD, so it was only affordable by rich persons the model name is Dyna Tax 8000x. But after some years they release 9800x which was less weight about (350g) but in the same size, it also has a flip cover to protect the keyboard.







Nokia 1011

  It was the next revolution in mobile phones but it was double the weight of Motorola 9800x
It was the only one cons but there are many pros they are it has long battery life compare to 9800x and it has alphabets in the keypad in abcd format and also some symbols it that text commutation feature it is about 2500 USD it also have the snake game



Siemens S10

  It is just a little improved mobile phone it has long battery life compared to others we have seen but the important thing is the phones are monochromatic and it is polychromatic (4colours) it also have a vibration feature 

  

Sony Ericsson 768 I

  It is also a multi-colour screen with an auto-correct feature. Though it didn't have a camera it supports photos and videos by the sd card yes it has a dedicated port for sd card. It also has Bluetooth, SMS, MMS. It also has a web browser (opera mini) and some downloadable games in it. 

Nokia 7680 

    It was a phone with a camera. It has 0.3 megapixels and it is also 2g mobile phone. It is a sliding type phone. Though it has a camera it only supports photos, not videos. It has blue tooth and MMS. 




Blackberry pearl 8100

 These phones support 3g it is not a big thing but it was the phone release when 3g arrived at the world at that time it was a big thing. It also has a new type of keyboard to the mobile phone it has the qwerty type of keyboard. The keyboard that we use on our laptop, mobile phones. 






  

Touch screen

  The touch screen was the biggest evolution in mobile phones. Everyone thinks that the touch phone was introduced by apple but it was wrong the LG Prada was the first phone with capacitive touch screen after a month the first i phone was released 




Significant mention

  But the first touch screen was introduced by IBM  called Simon personal communicator but it has only numbers and alphabet and monochromatic.
